On-site repair service is only available in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, but does not include some outlying islands**, restricted areas** and remote areas^.
** Areas where door-to-door maintenance is not available: Mui Wo, Cheung Chau, Sha Tau Kok restricted area, Lamma Island, Ngong Ping, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Temple, Tai O, Ping Chau, Penny’s Bay , outlying islands, Lantau Island, any area where cars are prohibited from entering.
^Remote areas include: The Peak, Shek O, Repulse Bay, Stanley, Chung Hom Kok, Deep Water Bay, Stonecutters Island, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Airport, World Expo, Disneyland, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam Ferry, Ta Kwu Ling, Sha Tau Kok, Kwu Tung, Ping Che, Jun Tei, Clear Water Bay, Sai Kung, Hoy Chung, Tai Mong Tsai Road Section, Kau To Shan, Sam Mun Tsai, Tai Mei Tuk, Ma Wan, Sham Tseng, Clear Water Bay Peninsula, Tai Mo Shan, Lung Kwu Tan, So Kwun Wat, Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan, Lam Tsuen, San Tin, Kam Tin, Ngau Tam Mei, Pat Heung, Shek Kong, Fairview, California Gardens.
